Anjali Sarna

Physiotherapist / Owner

Anjali Sarna is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 17 years of clinical practice, specializing in Pelvic Health and Neuro-Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation. Originally from New Delhi, she completed her Master's in Neuro Musculoskeletal Health in the UK before relocating to Canada. She is the founder and lead clinician at Bodiworks in St. Albert.

Anjali is a Level 3 Certified Pelvic Health Therapist, focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Her additional certifications include Dry Needling, the McKenzie Method (Lumbar Spine), Manual Therapy, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).

Known for her patient-centred philosophy, Anjali delivers individualized care rooted in restoring functional movement and reducing pain. Outside the clinic, she's passionate about yoga, meditation, and community wellness.

Dr. Ryan Van Halst

Chiropractor

Dr. Ryan's chiropractic journey began over 20 years ago after a high school football injury. Three treatments got him back on the field, and he's been an advocate of chiropractic care ever since. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2024.

Before chiropractic, Dr. Ryan completed an Engineering Design diploma and Technology Management degree at NAIT, spending over a decade in steel fabrication across Edmonton and Western Canada. Having lived with debilitating low back pain for thirteen years, his personal healing journey shaped his patient-centred care philosophy.

Today, he integrates manual adjustments, MRT, acupuncture, and exercise therapy to address both the physical and mental components of pain.

Cassandra Gray

Acupuncturist

For the past 20 years, Cassandra has been gathering knowledge on healthy diet, exercise, belief system patterning and alternative healing methods that are intrinsically nurturing and effective. She naturally found her way to Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture after practicing massage therapy, teaching yoga and learning acutonics sound healing.

Her acupuncture style is based around traditional and non-traditional methods, which include Chinese Zang fu, five elements, and neoclassical style acupuncture practices. She also uses her background in anatomy, massage and movement to address injuries, wear and tear or overuse pain in a gentle and holistic way. Her approach is to meet you where you currently are, and use your long-term health goals as a focus to provide a uniquely tailored therapeutic treatment. She endeavors to empower her clients through health and lifestyle education, alignment of thought and intention which help facilitate health and a deeper sense of personal power. Modalities used in her sessions can include light gua sha, cupping, acupuncture, acutonics sound therapy and herbal and diet recommendations.

In any treatment her attitude is open, compassionate and engaged. She enthusiastically welcomes all clients. Her interests include injury recovery, female health, chronic illness/depletion, emotional and spiritual trauma, anxiety, depression, immune health, digestive disorders and pain.

David Rybie

Massage Therapist

David's massage journey started through karate — competing internationally as a teenager, he noticed the strain martial arts put on his students while teaching and wanted to help them address those issues. He graduated from CDI College in 2018 and began volunteer work with the Edmonton Prospects baseball team.

He specializes in deep tissue massage, reading muscle tension to adjust pressure as needed. He also specializes in sports therapy, maternity, pre-natal, and post-natal massage. To bring more benefits to his clients, David has taken additional training in hot stones, cupping, and kinesio-taping.

Jessica Kostyniuk

Massage Therapist

Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020, specializing in deep tissue techniques with a focus on chronic pain. Her treatments blend deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage to help release built-up tension and promote lasting relief.

She tailors each session to your specific needs, incorporating breathwork, gentle stretching, and postural awareness. Jessica also offers sports massage, prenatal and postnatal care, and dynamic cupping.

Massage Therapist

Ramona is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Children & Youth, and Relaxation Massage. She began her healthcare journey in 2001 as a healthcare aide, gaining over two decades of experience in elder care before completing a 2,200-hour massage therapy program.

Now fully committed to her role as an RMT at Bodiworks, Ramona helps clients achieve their health goals through personalized, therapeutic care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Arshpreet brings a Diploma in General Business and over eight years of customer service experience to Bodiworks. She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, quick learning abilities, and a strong work ethic, allowing her to effectively handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic environment.

She is passionate about delivering outstanding service and building positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.

Natalie is currently studying kinesiology at the University of Alberta, with aspirations to pursue a Master's in Physiotherapy. She previously worked as a physiotherapy assistant and brings that experience to her role at Bodiworks.

She loves meeting new people, building connections in the community, and is passionate about helping others feel better and supported.
