Dry Needling / IMS
Still in pain when scans show nothing wrong? Dry Needling (IMS) targets chronic pain, muscle tightness, and nerve dysfunction using thin needles inserted into trigger points. Based on Western medicine — not acupuncture. The muscle’s twitch response releases tension and resets nerve signals.
Conditions We Treat
- Back & neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder
- Tennis/golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff injuries
- Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis
- TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, headaches/migraines
- Carpal tunnel, knee pain, degenerative disc disease

Motor Vehicle Accident Treatment
Injured in a car accident? Bodiworks provides relief for whiplash, neck and back injuries, fractures, shoulder injuries, and soft tissue damage. Symptoms may not appear immediately — early physiotherapy leads to better outcomes and can help avoid surgery.
How Physiotherapy Helps
- Reduces pain through targeted therapeutic exercises
- Restores function — even for old accident injuries
- Treats vertigo from vestibular dysfunction
- Avoids surgery by strengthening muscles and ligaments

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate blood flow and healing deep in tissues. It’s especially effective for chronic pain that hasn’t responded to other treatments. Sessions are ~30 minutes, with most patients needing 3–6 sessions and feeling relief after just 1–2.
Conditions Treated
- Plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, Achilles tendonitis
- Tennis/golfer’s elbow
- Rotator cuff tendinopathy
- Patellar tendonitis (jumper’s knee)
- Hip bursitis, IT band syndrome, shin splints

Custom Orthotics

- Plantar fasciitis, heel pain, flat feet or high arches
- Knee, hip, and lower back pain related to gait
